This course presents the main concepts of measuring project performance to ensure a project stays on track. Learners will focus on deliverable metrics, baseline performance, control values, forecasts and troubleshooting. With a focus on newly emerging workplaces and evolving company and business needs, project managers need to demonstrate accountability, make sure project deliverables are meeting expectations, tracking the utilization of resources, and make sure the stakeholder’s needs are met. The course has a cross-directional approach, immersing the students in Monitoring & Controlling practices in close connection with Deliverables and Delivery and Uncertainty mitigation practices.
